Outlaw System
The Outlaw System is a unique gameplay feature designed for players who want faster progression in exchange for greater risk. It transforms your character into a high-value target with special combat rules and incentives.

🧨 What is Outlaw Mode?
When Outlaw Mode is activated, your character receives significant bonuses to experience and item drop rates — but becomes vulnerable to attacks from other players, even outside of designated PvP zones.

Outlaw Mode Visual Indicator
When Outlaw Mode is active, your character will display an arrow above the head to signify outlaw status.

This system is ideal for thrill-seekers and grinders who want high rewards and are ready to face the consequences.
🎯 Goals of the System
Offer bonus rewards (EXP and drop rate) for high-risk gameplay.
Enable PvP encounters in normal maps for flagged players.
Provide a karma-based progression system that tracks a player’s outlaw activity.
Allow redemption via an NPC, at a cost.

⚔️ How It Works
💳License Card

You can get license card from any Outlaw Officer across all town
✅ Activation
Use the command Outlaw License Card
to toggle Outlaw Mode. Upon activation:
You will receive bonus Base EXP, Job EXP, and Drop Rate.
You can be attacked by other Outlaw players on normal (non-safe) maps.
Towns, PvP arenas, BG, and GvG zones are safe zones and do not allow Outlaw attacks — unless you are permanently flagged.
📈 Outlaw Level and Karma
As you participate in Outlaw Mode, your Outlaw Karma increases:
+5 Karma is gained each time you kill another Outlaw player.
Each level of Karma contributes toward your Outlaw Level.
Higher levels grant stronger bonuses, but also greater danger.
🔒 Permanent Outlaw Status
Once you reach Outlaw Level 10, Outlaw Mode becomes permanent:
You cannot turn it off, even in towns or safe zones.
You become vulnerable to all players, including those not in Outlaw Mode.

🙅 Party Restrictions
Outlaws cannot create, join, or be invited to parties.
Attempting to do so while flagged will be blocked.
⏱ Cooldown System
After enabling outlaw mode, a cooldown period prevents rapid toggling.
This prevents abuse and enforces strategic commitment.
🎁 Outlaw Bonuses
Your bonus scales with your Outlaw Level (20 Level Max):

🧹 Redemption: Clearing Your Karma
To remove Outlaw Karma and reduce your Outlaw Level, visit any Outlaw Officer NPC found in almost every major town.

💸 G.O.D. Coin Exchange
Cost: 1 G.O.D. Coin
per 1 Outlaw Karma point.
Simply speak to the Officer and select "Clear my records."
Upon payment, your Karma will be reduced to 0, and your level recalculated.
If your new level drops below Level 10, you may disable Outlaw Mode again.
🗺️ Officer NPC Locations
You can find Outlaw Officers in nearly every city. Look for the NPC named “Outlaw Officer” in the following towns:
Prontera
Izlude
Geffen
Morroc
Payon
Alberta
Aldebaran
Comodo
Yuno
Amatsu
Gonryun
Umbala
Louyang
Ayothaya
Einbroch
Lighthalzen
Moscovia
Christmas Village (xmas)
They are usually located near spawn points or main buildings.
📜 Outlaw License Card
This license grants access to various features of the Outlaw System, such as checking your current status or viewing active outlaws.

⚠️ Important Notes
Minimum Level Requirement: You must be at least Level 80 to use the system.
Outlaw Activity Is Tracked: Even if you disable the mode, your Karma is recorded.
Permanent Outlaws cannot escape — stay sharp, or stay safe.
💥 Outlaw Drop System (On Death)
When you die in Outlaw Mode, the system may drop a random item from your inventory. However, this penalty can be completely prevented with a special item.
🔐 New: Drop Protection Item
If you're carrying a Seal of Clemency in your inventory, the drop system is entirely bypassed — your items are protected, and nothing will be lost upon death.
The item does not get consumed when you die.
It only needs to be present in your inventory.
You can stack them, but only one is needed for protection to activate.
🎯 When Do Items Drop?
When dying in Outlaw Mode without a Seal of Clemency
:
The system picks one random eligible item from your inventory.
That item has a 30% chance to drop.
If successful, it drops in a random quantity (from 1 up to your full stack).
If you're carrying a Seal of Clemency
, this entire process is skipped.
📦 What Can Drop (Without Protection)?
✅ Healing items
✅ Usable consumables
✅ Cards
✅ ETC materials
❌ What Cannot Drop?
❌ Bound or untradeable items
❌ Cash shop / rental / shadow gear
❌ Equipped gear (unless system is later expanded)
❌ Expired items
🛡️ How to Stay Safe

Get 1 Seal of Clemency in your inventory to nullify the drop risk.
If you're a permanent Outlaw (Lv 10+), this item becomes essential.
Deposit valuables or use storage when protection isn't available.
You can buy Seal of Clemency Box at Main Office's Cash Shop
